Return
As We Want Trip is a travel service provider, there are no physical products to be returned. Once a booking is confirmed, services such as hotel reservations, transport, and activities are arranged in advance with third-party vendors, and therefore, no return is applicable.
Refund
Once the booking amount is received by We Want Trip, it is allocated towards confirming hotels, transport, and other travel services. Hence, no refund will be entertained after booking confirmation, except in cases where the company itself is unable to deliver the promised service.
In such rare cases, We Want Trip will process the refund to your source account or chosen method of payment within 7–14 working days after necessary deductions (if any).
Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company
Due to the nature of our services, NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION will be entertained once full or partial payment has been made and the package is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
- Customers can cancel their booking within 24 hours of placing the order, provided no reservations or bookings have been processed.
- After 24 hours, or once the package has been confirmed/partially utilized, no cancellation request will be entertained.
- In cases where cancellations are requested before confirmation, a small processing fee/administrative charge may apply.
Shipping & Delivery Policies (For Documents & Confirmations)
- We Want Trip shares booking vouchers, invoices, and travel confirmations electronically via email/WhatsApp.
- In some cases, hard copies (if required) may be couriered to the customer. Such deliveries typically take 3–7 business days, depending on the location.
- We are not liable for delays due to courier or postal services, but we ensure that digital confirmations are provided instantly for your convenience.
